• Experience managing a team of salespeople focused on the relentless pursuit of new business.
• A track record of results meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas
• Ability in leading the sales team to upsell new and existing customers for additional services.
• Past success holding salespeople accountable for sales results.
• Experience with hiring top sales performers.
• Documented earnings of at least 80K in annual income managing a sales team.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or Liberal Arts.
• Familiarity with CRM and other sales tracking tools.
• Formal sales training with an emphasis on new business development.
• Strong connections in the business community through networking and volunteer organizations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with several departments within a company.
• A working knowledge of the internet marketing business (helpful but not necessary).
